It’s been a while since we have communicated. A number of topics with updates.
Housing Corp Update
We are currently operating the Chapter House as a Rooming House. This Fall we have all rooms filled. We are currently able to meet all of our financial obligations while putting away money into the Housing Corporation Bank Account. In addition, we are continuing to reinvest money into capital projects in the Chapter House.
The Housing Corporation recently updated its composition. We added John Doylemason as a Member at Large to take the Undergrad Chapter President open position. We also reconfigured current positions on the Board.

Recolonization Update
We have been actively communicating with Pi Kappa Phi HQ on recolonization planning. Currently, we are eligible to potentially start recruiting efforts as of late this coming Spring. We are feeling confident this will happen. We are meeting in-person with HQ reps on 10/12 so we expect to have an update for you all then!
Cal Football
We are off to a great Cal Football start with a 3-0 record. Residents of the Chapter house aren’t allowed to hold any pre/post-game festivities. For those of you that are planning to attend any away games and want to link up with other Gamma alumni please let us know. We know of a number of Gamma alums planning to attend the FSU game in Tallahassee.
